At Brighter Futures Therapy Services, we’re committed to helping Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) grow into skilled and confident Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) through our Student Analyst Program. This internship provides a unique opportunity for RBTs to gain hands-on experience, shadowing BCBAs and participating in weekly meetings. The program is designed to give you the tools and knowledge needed to advance your career, while deepening your understanding of assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis.

As part of the Student Analyst Program, you’ll be mentored by experienced BCBAs who will guide you through the practical aspects of the job, helping you develop the skills necessary to succeed in a BCBA role. This collaborative approach ensures you receive the support you need to thrive, while also gaining exposure to a wide range of ABA techniques and real-world applications.     • Enrollment in a Master’s Program: Candidates must have started their Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at a BACB-authorized program.

    • RBT Credentialing: All applicants must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.

    • Good Standing within the Company: Candidates must be in good standing with Brighter Futures Therapy Services, demonstrating professionalism, responsibility, and a positive track record in their role.

  • Students can begin enrolling in the Student Analyst Program at Brighter Futures Therapy Services after meeting certain milestones. This ensures they have enough experience and education to succeed in the program. Candidates must have been with the company for at least three months and have started their first class in a Master’s program at a BACB-authorized institution.
